How to Send a Case successfully
We provide a streamlined workflow that makes sending us cases simple. After registering, follow these steps to submit digital scans, STL files, impressions, stone models, prescriptions, and other case records.
STEP 1. pREPARE THE CASE
COMPLETE PRESCRIPTION (Rx)
Doctor’s License & signature | Appliance selection & Instructions | Enclosed items
DENTAL MODELS / SCANS
Confirm the models are complete, accurate, and provide sufficient anatomical detail for the selected appliance.
CONFIRM CASE REQUIREMENTS
Verify all required materials, components, enclosed items & special instructions are all shipped/uploaded together.
STEP 2. SUBMIT YOUR ORDER
DIGITAL MODEL SUBMISSION
Submit your digital scans & completed Rx through your preferred digital platform.
STONE MODEL DELIVERY
Securely package and ship the stone model with a completed Rx and all required case materials together.
OFFICE-PROVIDED BANDS
When supplying bands, clearly note this on the Rx and include them with the submission/delivery.
STEP 3. TRACKING & DELIVERY
CONFIRM CASE STATUS
Confirm successful submission/delivery. Once received and approved, Track your cases thru the Liberty Portal.
CASE UPDATES & COMMUNICATION
Review lab communications and respond promptly if additional information, materials, or clarification is needed.
TRACK YOUR CASE UNTIL DELIVERY
After fabrication and quality control, your case will be ready to be delivered to your office.
REMINDERS
Securely package stone models, bands, and other enclosed components to prevent damage or separation during shipping.
Remakes & Adjustments requests must be Submitted thru the liberty Portal.
Check the Liberty Portal daily when you have active cases for status updates and lab communication.
Clearly indicate on the Rx when bands are being supplied by your office and include them with the case.
Warranty coverage requires the appliance to be delivered back to the lab for verification.
Confirm the case due date and status on the liberty portal before scheduling the patient to help avoid appointment changes.
Do not schedule a patient on the day you are set to receive the appliance.

Select the appliance type and case submission date to estimate when your case will be ready to ship.
